How do I pay?
Checkout currently uses bank transfer. Your order page shows the payment instructions and your order number as the reference.
How is shipping calculated?
The Owner Panel controls the flat shipping rate and the free-shipping threshold.
Can I change my order?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. We can review it before fulfilment.
How do I leave a review?
Sign in, open a product and use the Write a review button.
Can I change the store theme?
Yes. Use the Theme control in the bottom-right corner. Your choice is saved on your device.
